Program
Participants personally follow patients from records collection and treatment planning (PowerPoint presentation and faculty discussion), through bonding, active treatment, finishing, and retention. Work is done in pairs (two per chair); patients present varied malocclusions treated with the most appropriate technique. Each meeting includes case presentations and progression reviews; participants also observe cases from other course years, expanding monthly case exposure. Because this is a real clinical course with direct patient care under close supervision, adequate prior preparation is required; candidates’ training curricula are evaluated.
Seven in-person or online modules: Herbst + TADs for Class II; 3D approach to orthodontics; special applications of aligners; palatal expansion choices (skeletal anchorage vs surgical); ortho-perio connections; aesthetic finishing & post-treatment procedures; remote patient monitoring. Languages: Italian and English.
The course will be held in Italian and English.
